FazWaz operates as a leading real estate brokerage and property management company in Thailand. With thousands of rental listings, keeping up-to-date availability data is critical for both landlords and tenants. However, their manual landlord survey process was inefficient, requiring a small team to call landlords and gather information.

Persistent Follow-Ups: If a call was unanswered, the system would automatically redial until a response was received.

  1. Database Structuring: All landlords were organised in Airtable with contact details and call logs.

  2. AI Voice Call Activation: Vapi AI triggered calls, using a team lead’s recorded voice for authenticity.

  3. Real-Time Data Collection: AI captured and summarised responses into structured property updates.

  4. Automated Follow-Ups: Calls were re-attempted for any unanswered responses.
